NH Research 4760-24 DC Electronic Load
The NH Research 4760-24 DC Electronic Load is a versatile and powerful testing solution with a 24 kW power capacity, 1,200A maximum current, and a voltage range of 7.0 to 600V. It is designed for a variety of electronic loading applications. It is the perfect load for testing power conversion and storage products like DC power supplies, telecom rectifiers, and battery packs. Designed for both automatic test stations and stand-alone bench setups, this load excels in environments that require fast-transient simulation capabilities and thorough internal
Using conventional test programming languages, this model's sophisticated touch-panel enabled graphical user interface (GUI) enables simple manual operation or remote control. Six tabs that are each devoted to a particular function—such as monitoring voltage, current, power, and resistance—are used to organize the interface, even while operating remotely. Units under test (UUT) can be manually adjusted in the control, CV, CR, and CP operating modes. The scope tab helps with unit under test (UUT) characterization and troubleshooting by providing a graphical depiction of voltage/current interactions.
Because of the NH Research 4760-24's precise internal measuring capabilities, external instruments like oscilloscopes, power meters, and digital multimeters are frequently not necessary. These integrated measures eliminate the need for additional equipment, which lowers costs and speeds up testing productivity. For test process optimization, dynamic timing metrics like as rise-time, turn-on-time, settle-time, and overshoot are especially useful.
The 4760-24 prioritizes safety by incorporating sophisticated programmable safety limits that guard against programming errors, user error, and external or internal failures. These safety limits make sure that when the load reaches them, it will immediately stop producing output and send out error signals, stopping further work until the problem is fixed.
